We are a growing dental practice in Oakland looking for a warm, upbeat and caring personality to welcome our patients to the office for their visits. Our patients love coming to the dentist and one reason is that we welcome them more like a hotel than like a doctor’s office.

Our practice provides both the best dentistry and the best patient service and that starts with how a patient is treated on the phone and as they arrive.

The number one duty of every team member is to work together to meet patient needs. Some specific duties include checking patients in and out, maintaining a welcoming reception area, answering the telephone, making follow-up calls, and filling openings in the schedule. Every member of the team is an expert at talking to patients about their care. As this team member grows into the role they will also learn how to help patients understand their conditions and treatment and educate patients to want the care that they need.

Experience in a dental office is preferred but we are willing to hire the right personality and teach the dentistry.

Our office is open Monday to Thursday and the receptionist will be at the office from approximately 7:00 am to 4:30 or 5:00 pm (with an hour lunch break).
