JOB SUMMARY:

The Concierge at Nalo Kai Club is responsible for the daily management of the Nalo Kai Club facilities and lounge, along with its guest and club members at The LineUp at Wai Kai. This position reports to the Launch Manager and is responsible for driving the success of the Nalo Kai Club Membership and services.

Concierge & Guest Services will be expected to deliver and promote prompt, courteous, and friendly
service to all club members, guests, and employees. Concierge & Guest Services will be responsible to provide remarkable experiences for our Club Members before, during, and after every visit

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating a comfort driven culture within the club lounge through daily services and attitude.
• Ensuring a strong focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist guests during their arrival and departure.
• Provide insight and information about the venue, attractions, and local area.
• Providing or arranging for general business services for guests.
• Work with the Launch Manager to enhance the experience and services offered.
• Manage daily responsibilities and communicate with team members.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A successful candidate will be an experienced in guest services with an energetic attitude and socially driven to communicate with club members and guest on a consistent basis. Additional qualities we're looking for:

• A thorough understanding of customer service
• The ability to anticipate guest needs and solve problems
• Willing to work the call center or launch to set an example of good customer service to the staff and to offer support during busier times
• A strong understanding of enhancing guest experience
• Creative and detail oriented to ensure the experience is original
• Ability to function independently while working cohesively with the other areas of the venue
• Can anticipate potential customer traffic and plan inventory and staffing appropriately
• Good organizational ability, as you are always 'on duty'
• Embodies our sustainability mission and set the tone for customers
• Skills, knowledge and interest in surfing, stand-up paddling, kayaking, OC or other water sports is ideal but not required
