Computer Infrastructure Programs Support

Position Description

You'll be part of the team providing Programmatic support to the Compute Infrastructure Services program that is responsible for delivering secure, scalable enterprise-class cloud computing and virtual hosting resources in support of Mission and Business elements Enterprise-wide.

• Assist with strategic business planning based upon DoD and Congressional guidance, internal senior-level direction, industry trends, forecasts, and best practices;
• Assist in supporting the preparation and justification of the program budget and
  program status informational briefings. This will include support to the programming,
  planning, budgeting and execution process to include: needs identification, building and
  defending resources requirements, and building execution plans;
• Assist in compilation and reporting of programs and budgets, preparation of
  presentations and other material to support the NSA and DoD programming and
  budgeting processes, and preparation of program/project and budget information.
• Assist in the preparation of budget build documentation and spend plans for internal
  and external review.

Specific qualification requirements include:

• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business or technical focus is required.
• In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.
• Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
