About this opportunity

Our team in North America is looking for a IT Security and Compliance Manager. In this role, you will consult and help deliver end to end security and compliance evaluation for all new and existing IT services and environments within Ericsson to internal stakeholders.

What you will do

• Work closely with Market Area Security Group to ensure all IT services, both existing and new are compliant to Ericsson security rules
• Provide governance of (and support) the implementation of objectives/targets relevant at MA IT unit level and reporting status on those
• Drive awareness for targeted group/audience for all areas and topics related to IT Security and Compliance in MA IT
• Support governance of Project Portfolio Management tools, Statement of Compliance (SoC) and Privacy assessments and environment databases (SMP, eCMDB)
• Oversee and report on Market area IT Business continuity Management (BCM) framework
• Lead Market area IT Risk Self-assessment process and governance
• Support overall execution of ISMS and ITSA certification on all IT services and review yearly renewals
• Consult and support translation of IT Risk Self-Assessment Tool (ITRSA) list into overall ISRA, in co-ordination with GF Security
• Represent MANA IT in the Security Vertical and lead vertical activity within North America
• IT POC for supporting technical security assessments and corrective action on vulnerability remediation with local IT Teams
• Audit support - single point of contact for any internal/external audits/assessments where the MA IT unit is involved; provide preparation for any MA IT unit resources involved in such audits, represent the MA IT unit in audit reports meetings, coordinate the creation of management response on any findings received and ensure that committed actions and deadlines are adhered to and provide centralized reporting.
• Drive corrective and preventative actions related to Vulnerability Management, report non-compliances to IT Security Management
• Incident Management - Support IT Security incident handling (collaboration between SOC, Security, and MA IT) and coordinate lessons learnt activities based on known incidents at MA IT unit level.

You will bring

Desired Knowledge and Experience

• Working knowledge of standards (ISO27001/2, SOX) and use of Group Management Systems
• Experience managing security and compliance for a large organization
• Knowledge of portfolio management and data governance
• Security and compliance audits
• Third Party Management (TPC)
• Onboarding and assessment Operational Technology (OT)
• Experience with full IT Tech Stacks (Operating systems, Data Storage, Servers and load balancing, Backend Framework etc)
• Understanding of scaled Agile framework

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• 5+ years working in a security / compliance related role
• ISO27001/2, SOX Certifications a plus
