The Manager of Contract Compliance - Fiber serves as the primary liaison to Sales and Legal Departments demonstrating expertise in Billing Team contractual assessments for customer contracts by overseeing, managing, and influencing billing-related contract terms that meet company system capabilities / limitations and conditions that help achieve profitable growth while influencing the gain of administration efficiencies for Fiber Billing Team. The Manager Contract Compliance - Fiber also oversees contract compliance project management for Fiber customer contracts with complex billing requirement contract terms.

Essential Job Functions

  • Work with Sales and Legal to influence Billing and Collections aspects of contract development and negotiation phase involving overarching customer contracts by providing guidance regarding the structure, compliance, and speed and ease of administration for Fiber Billing.
  • Identify themes in contractual language impacting the Fiber Billing and Collections teams that should be leveraged to assist in developing new operational processes and/or prevent issues prospectively.
  • Coordinate with Billing and Collections managers, accounting departments, and Business Process Management to ensure customer billing is in accordance with new complex contract requirements. Facilitate collaboration between accounting, legal and sales to moderate difficult to administer and ambiguous language.
  • Establish efficient procedures to track Billing Team contract assessment for new customer contracts or request for proposals (RFPs) with complex billing requirements.
  • Establish guidelines and requirements for policies and procedures on key compliance issues and initiatives to ensure all operational impacts and responsibilities are communicated to Fiber Billing and Collections teams in a timely & effective manner.
  • Excellent understanding of Fiber Billing, Accounts Receivable and Collections systems with ability to effectively interact with IT and other cross-functional partners to assist with requirements for enhancements systems.
  • Supervise Senior Analyst(s) Contract Compliance - Fiber in administration of projects, project communications, project deliverables, and regular meeting participation.
  • Prioritize proposed project and workload

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required
  • Masters or Law Degree preferred.

Experience/Minimum Requirements

  • Five (5) years professional level experience in contract compliance and contract interpretation wireless industry preferred.
  • Five (5) years of proven leadership skills and/or management/supervisor experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience in project management preferred

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead, develop confidence, and maximizing employee capabilities while contributing to achievement of organizational goals.
  • Excellent business acumen and be able to solve complex contractual issues.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wireless customer agreements to provide accurate interpretation and implementation.

Working Conditions: Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Some Travel Required.

Additional Information:

  • Location/Schedule: The preferred location for this role is Westborough, MA and will be hybrid with 3 days per week in the office.
  • Wednesday is a required office day.
  • If the candidate is outside the Westborough area, they must be local to the East Coast Time zone and will report to another local CC office.
  • 6-month assignment
  • M-F, 8 hr days, Full-time

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
