Northrop Grumman Corporation is seeking a Compliance and Ethics Investigator 4 supporting enterprise-wide internal investigations. The position reports to the Ethics and Business Conduct organization and is responsible for conducting investigations of suspected internal fraud, waste, and abuse. The investigator is responsible for conducting extremely sensitive, complex and often time-critical investigations with minimal disruption to the business. This individual must work well under pressure, have strong conflict management skills, exercise sound judgment, and clearly document and articulate investigative findings, influencing corrective actions and changes within the organization.
The investigator will routinely interface with multiple functions including but not limited to Legal, Internal Audit, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Management, Security and all levels of program management. Experience in the government/defense industry and knowledge of FAR, DFAR and mandatory disclosure a plus.
Performance standards that an incumbent must have to be successful in this position include:
Strong written communication, interpersonal relations and public speaking skills- Ability to organize, prioritize and plan multiple concurrent tasks daily
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Strong analytical & investigatory skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Human Resources and a minimum of 10 years relevant professional investigation experience. (Combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement)
At least 5 years of experience in investigations, business management, law enforcement, or related field.
Experience with fraud, waste, and abuse investigations
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in government/defense contracting and knowledge of FAR, DFA, and mandatory disclosure is a plus
Active Security clearance is preferred
This position reports to Unknown City, VA, USA, however, this position can also be worked from Unknown City, FL, FL, USA.
