What to Expect:

As the Training Compliance Analyst, you will have oversight for training compliance efforts and the measurement of training effectiveness and impact at all United Ground Express stations. These responsibilities include reporting on training compliance for each station/region and working with station and operations Leadership to foster a culture of training compliance and ongoing learning and development. In addition, this position will conduct a training record review for all upcoming station transitions to ensure training compliance for day one operations. This role will compile training compliance reports with utilization of the Training Compliance Dashboard. This role will design and implement UGE’s training quality control program with responsibility for auditing station training records and employee performance to ensure compliance with all regulatory and carrier training requirements. The quality control function will also include partnering with Training Managers to ensure team metrics are completed. Meeting with Manager of Training Delivery to design training evaluation metrics and reporting processes. Collaborating with the instructional design and training delivery team, this role will establish measurable training objectives that guide the design and assessment of UGE training programs. Some travel required within assigned region/HUB. This position may require working beyond scheduled hours.

How you will make an impact:

Prepare and deliver training compliance reports to station leadership
Assist station leadership towards the goal of 100% training compliance
Communicate non-compliance issues with department leadership
Ensure all team trackers are completed after station training compliance calls
Ensure attendance is made for all meetings and/or training
Maintain communication with the training team and leadership
Respond to emails and requests in a timely manner
Assist with station requests for reporting purposes and agent training requests
Provide professional communication with all departments
Is responsible for training and oversight for Station Training Coordinators (STCs) at each UGE station, as well as monthly/quarterly STC meetings/calls.

What will you bring:

Knowledge/Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with United airport operations
Knowledge of United Airlines operational metrics and reporting
Technical proficiency and/or expertise with Adobe, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher) etc.
Training requirements; experience delivering the United Airlines training product preferred
Experience administering courses and training records via TakeOff: Learning

Experience

Experience as a Station Training Coordinator and/or training audit/compliance role preferred
Administrative experience preferred

Training Compliance

Fosters a culture of training compliance, safety and measurement throughout UGE and among learning and operations leaders
Work closely with other training departments to ensure training compliance is streamlined
Ensure system-wide compliance with all quarterly and annual recurrent training
Utilize the Training Compliance Dashboard to provide leadership visibility into training compliance at station and regional levels

Education

Bachelors’ Degree or Equivalent Work Experience

ADA Specifications

Ability to operate a computer to enter and retrieve data
Ability to lift up to 70lbs on a consistent basis
Ability to pass all pre-screening clearances (including a background check, hearing and vision tests, and drug screen)
