Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Compliance Analyst III to work at our Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client's Indianapolis, IN location. Position is a 6-month contract role that could go permanent for the right candidate.

Job Title: Compliance Analyst III

Pay: $38.46/hr

Location: Indianapolis, IN

SUMMARY

The Compliance Analyst will ensure the organization's operations and procedures meet government and industry compliance standards. They will be responsible for researching regulations and policies, communicating requirements, and applying for compliance certifications on behalf of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Researching industry compliance regulations and policies.
• Evaluating internal operational and procedural compliance.
• Analyzing and updating existing compliance policies and related documentation.
• Communicating compliance policies and guidelines to Management and designated departments.
• Developing and executing new compliance policies and procedures as required.
• Applying for compliance certification and regulatory approval.
• Developing and maintaining a compliance recordkeeping system.
• Training employees on industry compliance requirements.
• Maintaining communication with compliance regulators and following up on applications.
• Keeping up with compliance requirements and amendments to regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-7 years in regulatory environment (experience in GXP roles)
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Pharmacy, Chemistry or Biology related discipline
• Experience of industry quality systems/standards
• Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills, e.g. communication, decision making, negotiating, problem solving
• Compliance Management Certification preferred
