AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a Executive Compensation Program Manager to join its Human Resources department in Duluth, GA. Only 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, Duluth is home to AGCO headquarters. The location allows easy access to the big city lifestyle that Atlanta provides. The headquarters have grown to now include over 500 employees.

The Executive Compensation Program Manager’s primary focus is on supporting Executive Compensation, Equity-Based Compensation and Executive Benefit plans and Rewards programs. This professional will be responsible for the benchmarking of and compensation recommendations for all executive level roles. In addition, this individual will be responsible for managing the company’s annual short-term incentive program and assisting in the preparation of the annual proxy statement and other required disclosures. The role drives business results and provides leadership and vision around strategic program development that will enable the attraction, development, and retention of Executive positions and executive pipeline positions. Ultimate responsibility for the organization's executive compensation function and establishes and implements compensation strategies targeted at the organization's executives, directors, or other members of senior management that are equitable and balance competitiveness with the need to control costs.

What you will do:


  • Lead projects related to executive compensation policy, program development and administration, including development of project approach, detailed project plan and timeline, identifying issues, and recommending solutions
  • Using strong operational compensation knowledge, build successful relationships with stakeholders through a proactive approach to designing competitive compensation programs aligned with AGCO's compensation philosophy
  • Participate in research and analysis for new compensation policies and programs and partner with survey providers/vendors to ensure a best-in-class executive total rewards program. Work closely with legal, finance & accounting, payroll, employee resources center, and benefits to ensure alignment and compliance across compensation programs
  • Oversee the design and administration long-term incentive programs, including ensuring well-governed processes, effective communication and education, and coordination with Finance, Legal and other key stakeholders. Manage effective partnerships with external consultants, vendors, and other external partners.
  • Evaluate and analyze new or modified senior management positions, determine appropriate levels and benchmarking, and collaborate with HR business partners on developing recommendations for executive compensation packages, promotional increases, compensation adjustments, retention strategies, separations and compensation planning
  • Review and track proxy advisor policy changes as well as perform pro-forma analyses utilizing ISS and Glass Lewis models

What you will bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of global executive compensation experience; Analytical, forward-thinking, and solution-focused professional with 5+ years of success in global compensation, project, and / or infrastructure development
  • Ability to adapt efficiently and perform cross-functional tasks under complex structures while maintaining an optimum level of confidentiality, productivity, agility, and high performance
  • Expert-level Excel skills as well as Word & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of advanced compensation fundamentals and statistical analysis at a global level
  • Proficiency with HRIS, and desired working knowledge of SAP, SharePoint and market analysis tools
