Princeton Property Management is looking for a Community Manager, for the Harrison Square and Eco Flats Apartments located in N. Portland!

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple properties at once, and is a strong project manager with excellent administrative, marketing and leasing skills all while working independently in a fast-paced workplace.

Wage range is $26 to $28 depending on experience, along with an auto and phone reimbursement.

Minimum Requirement of the Job:

Legally able to work in United States
High School Diploma or equivalent
Pass a thorough background check
Able to speak, read and write English competently
Possess a valid driver license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle
Computer proficient, able to learn company software programs
Possess basic mathematical skills
Work independently and/or with others
Lift, carry, pull, or push 25 lbs.
Climb stairs, step stools or ladders up to 6 ft. high, twist, crouch, or kneel
spend extended periods of time standing
Walk on even or uneven surfaces
Use arms, wrists, and hands to grasp, squeeze and manipulate
Tolerate changes in weather and be able to complete tasks

Mandatory Responsibilities for all onsite employees:

Proficiency in all computer software systems
Adhere to State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and Princeton Property Management policies
Always deliver exceptional customer service and always maintain professionalism
Assist with on-call and emergency duties
Work required number of hours each week
Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
Familiarized with SDS & Hazard Communication

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the property
Manage personnel in compliance with Princeton Property Management policies and procedures along with the direction of your supervisor
Ensure curb appeal and community appearance is always well kept
Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor or other corporate staff
Maintain current and correct property files and records
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Communicate and maintain professional relationships with vendors, clients, and other business-related persons

Accounting:

Collecting and processing payments
Daily use of accounting software
Perform month end processes
Ensure accuracy and submission of statement of deposit accounting (SODA)

Marketing:

Maintain accurate and current information regarding community services, stores, churches, and public facilities in the neighborhood
Prepare advertising materials relative to vacant units
All online advertising must be updated daily (at minimum)
Greet potential residents, provide information, and show apartments
Attend and assist in the coordination and organization of resident relations
Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of the community
Upon prospects approval, execute and complete all applicable processes
Complete Market Surveys on a quarterly basis
