Community Gate Attendant (Part-Time)
Job description
Hometown America is a privately held manufactured home community operator and retailer operating nationwide.
We are seeking a part-time (16 hours per week) gate attendant at our 55+ property, Tara Woods located in N. Fort Myers, FL.
Position Summary:
Support community operations and sales by promoting positive relationships with our customers, guests and visitors in order to meet or exceed customer expectations. Responsible for welcoming and logging all guest, visitor and vendor entries into the community. Monitor, patrol and safeguard the community entrances to promote safety and minimize prohibited activity. May be required to work non-traditional hours.
General Job Duties:
- Guest and Resident relations
- Record Keeping
- Gate building upkeep and productivity
- Security of buildings and grounds
- Regulatory requirements
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Schedule will vary and might include some overnight shifts. Estimated 16 hour per week.
