Job description

Responsibilities:

• Throughout the community, necessary interventions and health education services are disseminated.
• Collects and analyzes data to identify community needs while designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating well-being activities.
• In the clinical setting, implements health education approaches and activities to promote and integrate high-quality services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Behavioral Health field or Master’s degree (preferred).
• Experience in education, behavioral, managed care and/or health field preferred.
• Knowledge and experience of education and prevention strategies.
• Personal computer experience should include working with Microsoft Office programs, at intermediate level minimum.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be available to travel the following locations: Aguadilla, Ponce and Arecibo as needed.

License/Certification:
