Job Description:
An Installer is responsible for the installment, maintaining and troubleshooting of roofs for residential and/or commercial projects. Will work in extreme weather conditions and must have a positive attitude, dedicated work ethic and ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
- Good communication within White Castle & the community
- The ability to listen and understand information without clarification.
- The ability to communicate clearly through a variety of channels such as phone and in person in order to ensure information is communicated clearly to everyone.

Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of materials and methods
- Installing new roofs and ability to cut roofing materials to perfect fit
- Establish scaffolding and other safety equipment on job site
- Maintain clean working area at all times
- Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time
- Not afraid of heights
Job Qualifications:
- Driver’s License and clean driving record (preferred)
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Team oriented

Education:
- No experience necessary, will train
- High School Diploma (preferred)
Job Type: Hourly, non-exempt
Hours/Days: Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays), times will vary
