Premier Interior Development, Inc., is in search of a detail-oriented, self-driven, Construction Superintendent who is looking to join our growing team.

Responsibilities Will Include

  • Assist in pre-construction activities on projects; scope development, scheduling and estimating.
  • Orchestrate a plan from the beginning of construction to completion of the project, including accurately projecting construction activities for scheduling purposes.
  • Interpret drawings, details of drawings, and specifications.
  • Achieve objectives through direction of individuals, teams, and sub-contractors.
  • Work with senior management, track job progress and job costs.
  • Complete daily reports and daily safety inspections.
  • Submit all documentation (RFI’s, as-builts, pictures, etc.) as required.
  • Direct, coordinate, and facilitate meetings for owners, subcontractors, architects, and local authorities.
  • Manage all punch list items and ensure they are completed on time.
  • Manage project closeout process and documents
  • Manage project related document controls and plans/drawing maintenance including distribution of drawings revisions and trade notifications
  • Develop and distribute weekly trade/subcontractor coordination meeting minutes
  • Long Lead Items Tracking and manage the material procurement process of assigned trades
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Project Experience
  • BCSP Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC)
  • OSHA 30 Certified
  • CPR/First AID Certified
  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum eight (8) years’ experience as a commercial construction superintendent
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Projects)

  • Bluebeam Experience
  • Procore Experience
  • Strong MEP Background
