Crew Member in Tampa Bay area
SUMMARY: Responsible for cleaning ceilings, walls, light fixtures, and other specialty services. The possibility of cutting and replacing ceiling tiles as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: includes but may not be limited to the following:

• Clean commercial restaurants and offices with a variety of products and specialized equipment
• Clean ceilings, walls, and light fixtures.
• Sweep up debris and remove trash
• Scrub stains
• Remove vents to clean
• Cut ceiling tiles with a saw
• Remove ladders from the top of a cargo van
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

• Excellent cleaning skills
• Attention to details and thoroughness
• Ability to listen and follow instructions
• Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
• Ability to work with cleaning supplies and chemicals

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum weight of approximately 15 lbs.
• Ability to stand on 6-10 ft. ladders
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to kneel, bend, and crawl
• Ability to tolerate exposure to dust
• Ability to operate all cleaning equipment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
