Bedrock Quartz is looking for a commercial sales professional to help network and develop relationships with our customers! The ideal candidate has experience selling commercial and/or light commercial construction related products such as lumber, roofing, exterior applications, cabinetry etc. and is ready to take on a new challenge with a great company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Seek out and develop relationships with key customers and expertly match our products and services to their needs. Identify project opportunities that fit Bedrock’s offerings through prospecting and developing relationships.
  • Demonstrate our unique Value Proposition and build trust and credibility with all levels of our client’s organization.
  • Work collaboratively with Bedrock teams to fulfill client expectations.
  • Properly execute all systems and procedures to ensure client satisfaction, and to avoid order errors that adversely affect the company's bottom line and positive reputation.
  • Measure, record, and configure specifications and takeoffs accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, memos, contract documents, specifications, and schedules.
  • Properly and extensively document client communication from proposals through project completion ensuring accurate pricing, expectation setting and delivery according to contract documents, plans and contractor and estimator communication.
  • Leverage your previous experience to provide thorough contract review, project scheduling, and material sourcing details.
  • Provide high- level client service and follow up in a friendly, professional, and timely manner for both internal team members and our external clients

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience selling commercial and/or light commercial construction related products such as lumber, roofing, exterior applications, cabinetry etc.
  • An existing portfolio of commercial builder / general contractor contacts
  • Proficiency with using a PC and with Microsoft Windows based programs and plan take-off software
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology, processes, and systems
  • Frequent in state travel to conduct face to face meetings with existing and potential customers within the greater Utah market, (mileage reimbursement paid monthly)
  • Meticulous follow up with targeted communication and effective negotiation skills
  • Strong consultive sales techniques coupled with exceptional customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
