Collision Center Manager
The LowPaymentKings.com Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collision Center Manager to lead our team of technicians and administrative staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the collision repair industry and a proven track record of growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the collision center
• Manage and train a team of technicians and administrative staff
• Ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner
• Establish and maintain relationships with insurance companies and clients
• Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
• Continuously improve operations and processes

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the collision repair industry
• Strong leadership should have integrity, self-awareness, courage, respect, empathy, and gratitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• I-CAR certifications preferred

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
