The Renfrew Center of Coconut Creek, FL has an immediate opening for a full-time College Program Coordinator

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides support to students and families to navigate the treatment process.
• Collaborates with college personnel, students and families to address necessary academic accommodations for treatment.
• Identifies and cultivates partnerships with colleges, counseling department/behavioral health leaders, as well as offices for disabilities, international students, academic leaders and residence life offices.
• Serves as liaison with schools, students, parents and the multidisciplinary team.

Education, Competencies and Credentials:

• Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health or Psychology.
• Licensed candidates preferred.
• Experience in College Counseling or Student Health Services setting preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in direct services post degree, preferably with an inpatient/residential/PHP unit.
• Training with adolescents and dually diagnosed populations, experience with eating disorders and women’s issues desired.

Hours:

• 40 hours per week M-F.
