Job description
Salary: $12.00 hourly plus commission bonus!
Key Accountabilities
- Handling outbound and inbound calls.
- Discussing, negotiating, and executing acceptable payment arrangements for outstanding medical debts.
- Updating respective systems with call results
- Understanding and fully complying with all federal and state laws and regulations (including HIPAA FDCPA CFPB).
- Meeting or exceeding metric goals
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- Must be willing to submit for a background check
- Have a positive attitude and demonstrate teamwork
- FACS or Collect One system experience not required but a plus
- Computer skills required
- Familiarity with healthcare, medical insurance, and medical terminology although not required is helpful
Education
Required- High School or better
