One place where we “deliver dreams” is within our in-house leasing department, where our goal is to provide safe & reliable vehicles and financing through a team committed to excellent customer service every step of the way.
We are now adding a Collections Specialist to our dedicated leasing team as we strive to provide a personal touch with every contact, all while seeking to keep accounts current.
Responsibilities include:
- High-end customer service in every aspect of communication
- Identifying past-due accounts and working with customers to ensure timely payments
- Verifying insurance on all active accounts and contacting customers when insurance is canceled
- Filing as needed
The ideal candidate is:
- Passionate about excellent customer service
- Detail-oriented
- Punctual
- Dependable
- Team player
- Previous customer service, retail, or business experience is preferred
- Being bilingual is an asset, but not required
