Collection Representative
Job description
We are seeking a Collection Representative to join our collections department. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service and a strong interest in resolving customer issues. We are looking for individuals with a professional demeanor, strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a dynamic, busy position in which the successful candidate will ensure that the clients' issues are handled in a timely manner and in accordance with our policies.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer's questions.
- Improve customer service.
- Use the telephone to conduct business.
- Collect payments from customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
