DRIVING TO APPOINTMENTS, ASSISTING WITH HOUSEHOLD CHORES, SOME COOKING AND LAUNDRY, EXCERISE AND ACTIVITIES DAILY. WONDERFUL FAMILY VERY INVOLVED. THIS IS A PERMANENT FULL-TIME 40HR. A WEEK POSITION. Requirements

• A Valid CNA/HHA Certificate (required)
• 2+ years of experience (required)
• 1 year of experience with Parkinson's Disease and knowledge of Lewy Body Dementia
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable insured vehicle (required)
• Must be fully vaccinated for covid.
• TB Test / Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
• Must own a smart phone.
• Must know how to use our caregiver mobile app to clock in, clock out, and provide accurate/detailed documentation daily.
• Must be able to speak, write and understand English well.
