About us

Emerald City Enhanced Services is a 16 private bed behavioral health residential treatment center in Lakewood, WA. We are professional, engaging, fun and our goal is to help our residents discharge from local psychiatric hospitals and integrate into the community successfully.

We're looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual who enjoys helping people in need. The ideal candidate will be experienced with the medical field and will have a positive attitude regarding patient care. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a relaxed environment, possess strong communication skills and have prior experience as a certified nursing assistant or similar position.

Responsibilities:

• Engage socially and therapeutically with residents
• Organize and lead group activities
• Communicate with medical personnel, patients, and their families.
• Assist patients with personal needs such as laundry, trip planning, and activities of daily living.
• Keep census records and chart nursing notes
• Assist with meals and meal prep and cleanup.
• Follow directions from doctors, nurses and supervising personnel.
• Report any baseline changes
• Interact well with patients, families, and other medical personnel.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
