DediCare Solutions, LLC, is a private duty company in the Genesee County, Oakland County and Lapeer County area. We are looking for strong Caregivers (DCW, HHA, and CNA) to care for our clients throughout Mid-Michigan and Southeast Michigan. Currently hiring for first, second and third shift. Must be dependable and have reliable transportation. This position will offer 8 hour, 12 hour, full time, and part time shifts. This position is designed to be flexible with caregiver’s availability and will also pay mileage in between cases on the same day. Position may consist of bathing and personal care or other services as listed below. As a DediCare employee you have the potential to earn over $17 an hour with our incentive and covid pay. Responsibilities

Follow care plan and tasks by using the Rosemark Caregiver Mobile App

Assist client with Activities of Daily Living

Meal prep and assist in feeding, as needed

Provide a sense of engagement for the client during the shift

Basic housekeeping tasks while on shift must be performed

Qualifications

Valid Michigan Driver's License

Reliable Transportation

Compassionate and Patient

Ability to push, pull and lift at least 20 lbs.

Experience working with clients that have severe physical disabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $17.10 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Home care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Preferred)
• CNA (Preferred)
