Clubhouse Manager

Job Summary:

Our exclusive Golf Club is looking for a Clubhouse Manager. You will work closely with the General Manager and be responsible for day to day operation of all aspects of the club.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Direct Report for the General Manager and work with the F&B Director, Event Coordinator, Execute Chef and Kitchen Staff, Shift Supervisors, and all other Clubhouse Staff.
• Responsible for all Clubhouse Operations and Maintenance and report to General Manager.
• Responsible for all Food and Beverage costs, purchasing, inventory and coordination with F&B Director.
• Will oversee the operation of special events and outing at Old Waverly Golf Club and Mossy Oak Golf Club and be flexible to cover weekends and nights (40-55 hours)
• Schedule will primarily be based on Club’s events. Must be available to work all major club events.
• During summer months, ensure pool operation runs smoothly (staffing, menu items, lifeguards, etc). Ensure life guards are certifications are posted on the board in the pool area.
• Responsible for ensuring the monthly F&B inventory is accurate and executed properly by the F&B Director.
• Coordinate with F&B Director to create a P/L for all major club events.

• Management: 5 years (Required)
