Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Business Analyst to join our Cloud team supporting our government clients. The Cloud Business Analyst is a multifaceted role working collaborating with other teams across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders as an advocate and technical lead to guide customers as they re-imagine and document their end-to-end transformation journey. The candidate will also work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS’ capabilities in delivering business solutions to our clients.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset in business analysis, by articulating business processes and technical capability in clear and concise written form that will be used by both internal teams and external stakeholders.

As a Cloud Business Analyst you will:

  • Analyze management, business and technical processes for documenting new processes or updating existing processes
  • Work closely with the SMEs to develop requirements in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with changing priorities
  • Serve as an information source and communicator between business stakeholders and our technical team, including client staff and providing technical presentations at project meetings
  • Translates business requirements into technical and functional process documentation – both written prose and simple graphical representations
  • Manage multiple pieces of work and provide project artifacts for multiple projects concurrently
  • Work collaboratively in an agile environment to design solutions for government clients, including collaboration with developers.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance (Secret)
  • Bachelor’s degree or industry equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience (8 years with no degree)
  • Minimum 2 years of business analysis experience documenting business processes and technical procedures in an IT-scoped project
  • Superlative communication skills - verbal and written
  • Experienced with presentation applications and tools such as Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Can work autonomously and collaboratively to drive outcomes
  • Self-motivated, comfortable working with ambiguity and can turn an ever-evolving environment to drive successful outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SaaS, PaaS, Cloud implementation projects within a functional role
  • Experience performing business analysis functions for the DoD
  • Experience working with Agile software development teams
  • At least 5 years Business analyst experience working across large & complex government environments on business change projects
  • Experience in preparing and delivering executive level presentations

Pay Transparency:

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is : Min: $90k to $120K.

This role may be eligible for other compensation, including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full-time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
