As an Evening/Closing Hospitality Manager for the front-of-house at Chick-fil-A North Collins Street, you will be responsible for leading the hospitality team during evening and closing hours. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house, maintain a clean, safe, and productive environment, and ensure that all guests receive outstanding customer service.

Pay Type: $21-$23/hr, estimated $48k-$53k first year salary

Position Type:

  • Full-Time, 45-50 hours per week
  • 1:00pm-12:30am or Open Availability, Monday through Saturday

Requirements:

  • 1+ Years of experience as a leader in the hospitality and/or customer service environment
  • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments as part of a team
  • Basic computer competency
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Flexibility to work during morning and daytime hours, including weekends
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must be an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder
  • Willingness to step outside of job role to assist in other roles

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of over 50 hospitality staff members
  • Oversee the closing checklist and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently
  • Delegate tasks to front of house team members
  • Ensure that all hospitality staff adhere to Chick-fil-A's high standards of customer service
  • Train and develop hospitality staff members
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Schedule hospitality staff members
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
  • Perform regular maintenance on equipment and facilities
