VIKOR is currently looking to add to its team of dedicated individuals with a Closeouts Specialist. The Closeouts Specialist is responsible for assisting the project management department with collection of closeout information and various administrative duties.

General Responsibilities

• Compile photos, test results and measurements into a centralized location to be submitted online to our customers.
• Work with our operations team in all 6 of our office locations to collect closeout information and retrieve any missing information from the respective team member. This will require daily follow up with all team members to ensure missing items are being uploaded.
• Compile and submit closeouts on a daily basis.
• Become familiar with our customer standards and closeout procedures.
• Forward thinking on a daily basis to make this team as efficient as possible.

Require Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF’s and basic computer knowledge
• Superior customer service skills
• Superior teamwork skills and the ability to get along with a team of 100+ people
• Highly organized
• Ability to quickly learn computer-based tasks set before you
• Ability to work a 40-hour work week Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
