Location: Bainbridge, GA – Bainbridge PSATC. This position will be for our RSAT (Residential Substance Abuse Treatment) program.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Thursday (10 hour days)

Pay rate: $50,000-$55,000 annually

The Clinical Supervisor:

• Oversees all clinical activities of the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) Program.
• Assists the Program Director in the direct management of all aspects of the RSAT Program at the assigned site and acts as the Director in Program Director's absence.
• Works closely with the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services.
• Provides clinical supervision to staff for the purpose of obtaining/maintaining certification.
• Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to be certified as a Certified Clinical Supervisor(CCS) within 12 months of hire and must already have a GA License (LMSW, LMFT)
• Must hold a LAPC/LPC or CADC credential
• Must have supervisory and substance abuse experience.
• Must have a Master's degree.
• Must have 2 years experience working in field of chemical dependency and/or mental health
• Correctional experience preferred
• Must be able to be a CCS within 1 year of hire.
• Must provide proof of COVID vaccination or, as an alternative, appropriate documentation that will support either a medical or religious exemption.
