Location: Alto, GA – Lee Arrendale State Prison

Schedule: Full-time, at least 40 hours

Pay rate: $55,000-$57,000 annually

The RSAT Clinical Supervisor is responsible for:

• Overseeing all clinical activities of the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) Program.
• Assisting the Program Director in the direct management of all aspects of the RSAT Program at the assigned site and acts as the Director in Program Director's absence.
• Working closely with the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services.
• Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Must have supervisory and substance abuse experience.
• Must have Master's degree.
• Must have experience working in treatment setting.
• Must be able to be a CCS within 1 year of hire.
• Must have CADC-II/CAC/MAC for at least one year or be licensed in the state of GA as LAPC, LPC, LCSW or LMFT.
• Must provide proof of COVID vaccination or, as an alternative, appropriate documentation that will support either a medical or religious exemption.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Correctional experience.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday (10 hour days)

Today, Spectrum provides a range of services to more than 6,500 criminal offenders each day, in community-based settings and correctional institutions throughout Massachusetts, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia.

The RSAT Clinical Supervisor is responsible for:

• Assisting the Program Director in the direct management of all aspects of the RSAT Program at the assigned site and acts as the Director in Program Director's absence.
• Working closely with the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services.
• Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization.

Qualifications:

• State License as Professional Counselor, Social Worker or Marriage & Family Therapist and/or National Certified Addictions Counselor or Masters Addictions Counselor certification.
• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Education, Counseling or closely related field.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
• Corrections experience preferred.
• Must provide proof of COVID vaccination or, as an alternative, appropriate documentation that will support either a medical or religious exemption.
