Job description
Project Live is looking for a dynamic individual who can assist in coordinating and supervising all daily activities for adults with severe and persistent mental illness in a 5-bed group home. This person should be able to establish staffing patterns and assist with supervision of staff by evaluating and monitoring job performance. Additionally, this person should provide crisis intervention services, assist with facilities management and ensure that all clinical documentation is completed in accordance with agency, state and federal procedures. 24 hour on call service as needed for emergencies. BA in psychology, counseling, social work or related human services field; 2 years social service and 1 year supervisory experience. Must have a valid driver's license.
