Job description
The Ness Center at Northlake provides facility-based Behavioral Health Crisis Care (BHCC) within the Louisiana Crisis Response System’s continuum of crisis care. BHCC services are a face-to-face, time-limited service that provides initial or emergent psychiatric crisis response intended to provide relief, resolution, and intervention through crisis supports and services.
As the Clinical Supervisor, you will work with the management team to ensure clinical programming meets or exceeds outlined service provisions. Significant aspects of the work include oversight to ensure that assessment, treatment planning, discharge, and aftercare processes are clinically in line with the need/ medical necessity; supervision of clinical staff to ensure understanding and completion of duties and responsibilities; assisting with service auditing, data review, and reporting; ensuring proper documentation of clinical services, and providing administrative support as needed.
While no two days are ever the same, you can expect to:

Facilitate clinical treatment planning meetings (individual and team case consultations) -
Monitor completion of consumer assessment, treatment, discharge, and aftercare plans with team and consumers, per licensing and accreditation regulations -
Complete individual and group therapy sessions as needed assigned -
Supervise, train, and instruct designated clinical staff, direct care staff, and interns as needed/assigned -
Provide assistance and support regarding chart review and reporting -
Provide program oversight in collaboration with Unit Director -
Partner with Unit Director in facilitating regular staff meetings -
Participate in on-call and late day rotations as part of management oversight
You are highly qualified for this important role if you have:

Qualified Licensed Professional: LCSW; PHMP, Psychologist -
At least 2 years of experience in the management of clinical programming -
Significant supervisory experience
