Position Details
The Clinical Supervisor, under the supervision of the Mental Health Outpatient Director, is a leadership position responsible for the overall clinical quality, delivery of service and supervision of the clinical staff and documentation. The position also participates in the interview, hiring and training process for all new clinical staff (Therapists and Interns) as well as supports clinical staff in crisis management.

Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Credentials required: MA, MS or MSW in clinical field
- License preferred or License Eligible: LPC or LCSW
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Supervisory experience required (minimum of 2 years)
