Austin Health Partners (Southwest Pediatrics) are looking for a sprightly Clinical Supervisor to join our clinical team. They will serve as the supervisor of all clinical aspects of the care center to ensure compassionate, effective and efficient delivery of high-quality clinical care for patients.

Pay range $23 -$30 commensurate with experience.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for creating and maintaining clinic staff schedule

2. Responsible for vaccine inventory management

3. Management of all clinic staff to include continuous training, coaching and feedback.

4. Ability to work as floor nurse if needed

5. Acts as CPL Liaison to include billing, coding corrections and other issues

6. Management of triage team

7. Management of TVFC Inventory

8. Management and maintenance of clinic lab

9. Manage logs for CLIA waived labs

11.Ability to perform nursing duties as assigned by provider

12.Responsible for incorporating company core values in all staff interactions

13.Lead and organize clinical meetings

14. Ability to perform all Triage Facilitator duties

15.Maintain CLIA certification for moderate lab

16.Assist with clinical inboxes as needed

17.Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Must Have

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. LVN/RN License

Nice to Have

1. 5+ years clinical lead experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Works near others, usually within a few feet. May work in a noisy or distracting environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Certain vaccinations are required of all clinic staff.

COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS

If requested by any patient, then staff is required to wear a surgical mask. Patients are strongly encouraged to wear a mask if they are experiencing any acute respiratory symptoms or have a fever.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

The core hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but can vary depending on business needs. This position will require occasional weekend and evening hours.
