Schedule: Full Time (Monday – Friday)

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Manager to oversee and lead our dynamic rounding physician group. As the Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination and efficient delivery of healthcare services to our patients. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional with exceptional leadership abilities and a passion for optimizing patient care outcomes.

Clinical Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Active and unrestricted professional licensure as a registered nurse or physician assistant.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting.
  • Proven experience in a management or leadership role, demonstrating strong organizational and team-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other healthcare software applications.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement.

Clinical Manager Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the coordination and delivery of healthcare services provided by the rounding physician group.
  • Managing and supervising clinical staff, ensuring optimal team performance and adherence to quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing standardized protocols and workflows to enhance clinical efficiency and patient care outcomes.
  • Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
  • Monitoring and evaluating clinical processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures in all clinical activities.
  • Serving as a resource and advocate for patients and their families, addressing concerns and promoting patient education.
  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess clinical outcomes and quality metrics.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
