Reasons Eating Disorder Center (Reasons) is seeking candidate professionals, preferably with previous experience working with LGBTQIA+ communities, to provide compassionate care to our diverse patients for our residential treatment facilities located in beautiful, intimate six-bed houses in the Pasadena, San Marino and the Arcadia neighborhoods of the Los Angeles area.

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; enrollment in or completion of a graduate program in a related field preferred.
• Two (2) years of related experience, with knowledge of psychiatric resident care techniques with understanding of mental illness preferred.
• May be required to work flexible hours.

Job Description: The Clinical Services Coordinator functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous resident care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to residents. In addition, the Clinical Services Coordinator may be responsible for providing psycho-educational group therapy under the supervision of the Program Director, and will be primarily responsible for milieu management, charting, staffing, scheduling, staff evaluations, staff screening, interviewing, training, supervisory duties and clerical support.

We provide a place of respite and reflection for men and women of all ages work through their eating disorders and discover their reasons for recovery.

Pay: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour
