This is a REMOTE role, looking for someone in the United States. At this time we are only hiring in the following states for this role: Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, Missouri, and New Jersey.

Hamilton Raye is a Fractional Executive Assistant agency providing administrative support to other businesses. Our core values focus on presence, efficiency, happiness, passion, and balance. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the client success process from the onboarding phase into the management phase of the client relationship alongside the Dedicated admin.
  • Manage relationships with multiple clients.
  • Support administrative team to problem solve as situations arise with clients.
  • Work with clients to identify new opportunities and collaborate with the leadership team to roll out new processes.
  • Build bi-annually or quarterly brand check-ins with the client
  • Collaborate with other client success team members to build process improvements and learning activities for the team.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Executive administrative experience is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A proactive and thoughtful communicator who responds with urgency.
  • Critical thinker that is resourceful when looking to find solutions to a problem.
  • Flexible schedule to support requests throughout the day.
  • Highly organized and with the ability to multitask.
  • Remote work experience preferred.
