• Act as a “client concierge” from intake, scheduling, and sales of prospective clients, follow up to schedule appointments before and after, outreach after becoming a client, and nurture the client relationship for closed clients. You are one of the first people our clients will meet, either by phone or in person. You must have a bright and cheerful personality in order to make our clients feel welcome, valued, and heard.
• Assist the firm owner in developing and executing programs for new client acquisition (including webinars/seminars/workshops), glide paths for converted clients, and retention of closed clients.
• Assist the firm owner with all aspects of social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• This position is ALL about treating every client as our TOP client, even before they retain our services too long after we have finished their case.
• Must pay great attention to detail in obtaining information such as names and phone numbers.

• A solid base of customer service, communication, and people skills.
• Strong attention to detail including grammar and spelling.
• Willingness and ability to learn and grow.
• You are a team player and are willing to take on tasks that are not squarely inside of the job description.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and keep organized.
• Excellent computer skills. Our software is cloud-based and you must be comfortable working with computers, and software and learning new programs.

• High School Diploma; further education or experience in sales, marketing, or business is a strong advantage.
