About this role:

As a CBRE Client Services Coordinator, you will be part of the CBRE Boston office’s Multifamily Investment Properties team which one of the top producing CBRE teams in the country. This role provides critical administrative and marketing support for the team’s business development and growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Sales administration responsibilities include a wide level of complexity (i.e., project tracking, investor contact management, personal & team expense tracking, editing & proofing marketing materials and templates, distributing correspondence, preparing and maintaining databases, etc.).
  • Updates and maintains investor contact database in Connector platform (a Salesforce based product).
  • Exports standard and ad hoc reports from Connector and assists with due diligence website & war room updates.
  • Supervises projects in Dealflow and Connector platforms by updating project logs, task lists, preparing project status reports.
  • Coordinates on/offsite meetings and travel for conferences. May schedule appointments, manage team calendars and arrange travel itineraries, meeting room reservations, and catering.
  • Prepares and submits expense reports on behalf of senior producers.
  • Is responsible for a marketing template library of company-sanctioned marketing materials that includes maps, advertisements, demographic reports, and executive summary brochures for in-house and client presentations.
  • Maintains CBRE brand, product, office and client messaging and consistency by using templates to assist in producing marketing materials including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans and qualification packages.
  • Supports the head of marketing for the team as needed. Presents information to internal department and/or group of employees.

    • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required.
    • 3+ years demonstrated ability to provide administrative support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to resolve and respond to conflicting priorities preferred.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Adobe InDesign & Illustrator. Knowledge on how to manipulate basic templates in PowerPoint and InDesign.
    • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, write short correspondence, reports, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Passion to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers and/or supervisor in a swift and timely manner.
    • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills. Attention to details and ability to proof one’s own work is paramount.
