Title: Client Services Support Analyst I *

Job Description:

The Client Services Support/Analyst position is responsible for documentation and research of specific clients. This individual will take detailed notes of client interactions and be accountable to follow up and ensure completion of action items on a timely basis. The position requires an ability to be very organized and work with numbers using excel.

Position reports to Client Services Manager or VP of Client Services

Key job tasks may include (but will not be limited to):

· Detailed note taking of regular scheduled client calls.

· A minimum proficiency with use of computers and software applications used to perform the job.

· Research of client healthcare data to understand and improve file processing metrics:

a. Documentation of onboarding process for new clients during the implementation phase to ensure proper client set up

b. Regular check of process flow for production clients

i. Assists with monitoring daily/weekly file processing

ii. Does back-end analysis of client account file issues to provide recommendations for improvement

1. Payment Analysis

2. File Analysis

· Client Questions:

a. Will be assigned specific tasks from client questions

i. Will present findings in a user-friendly format

b. Maximize the solution implemented

i. Works internally to improve process flow and maximize returns for clients

· Works for the Client Services Manager to ensure research tasks are completed timely:

a. After training will have a detailed understanding of the file process monitoring and maintenance

b. Ability to understand specific instruction and provide resolution

c. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are critical skill sets for this position

d. Client Services role and good communications skills necessary

Policy and/or Regulatory Requirements:

As a condition of employment, incumbent will be subject to all applicable Medlytix policies and procedures and as applicable subject to Medlytix’s and/or business entity's policies and procedures. Violation of Medlytix’s or business entity's policies and/or procedures or applicable State or Federal laws and/or regulations may lead to disciplinary action (including, but not limited to possible termination of employment, personal fines, civil and/or criminal penalties, etc.).

· Must complete Medlytix’s and applicable business entity's training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy and security relating training no later than the start date or as required by business entity. Must maintain a current status on any Medlytix and/or business entity's training requirements.

· A post offer criminal background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service (3+ years) (Preferred)
  • Project Management (3-5+ years) (Preferred)
  • communicating data to clients (3-5+years) (Preferred)
  • (highly proficient) Microsoft Excel (5+ years) (Preferred)
