Client & Talent Support

• Serve as the point of contact for the client and on-site talent

• Triage employee relations issues with the Corporate HR team

• Assist with timecard collection and processing payroll weekly

• Manage in-person onboarding, compliance, and talent management

• Obtain a level of knowledge to be a resource for onsite talent during orientation and assignment

• Perform all clerical duties related to client services; answer and make calls, email, and chat to on-site talent and clients

• Maintain a high degree of accuracy in client management and documentation

• Project manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and operate under limited time constraints

Problem Solving

• Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully move into problem-solving mode whenever client challenges or concerns arise

Communication

• Communicate with internal ProLink team on pertinent account updates

• Collaborate with team and offer suggestions for process improvement

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

• Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and follow-up skills are required with the ability to manage and reset priorities in a rapidly changing environment

• Ensures outstanding client service for on-site ProLink talent

• Strong analytical and project management skills

• Passionate about working with people and being customer-centric

• Requires ability to use a variety of business or technical programs (spreadsheets, databases) to complete tasks

• Requires excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or College Coursework with corresponding experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

• 1 year of HR Generalist, Recruiting, or Client Service experience
