We are seeking an experienced, full time Client Service Representative Team Supervisor to join our expanding team of collaborative and team oriented professionals. We are a rapidly growing, fast paced, mixed animal practice located in Rock Hill, NY. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, energetic and compassionate. We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership and customer service skills to support our Client Service Representatives Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in veterinary medicine, customer service, as well as prior leadership experience, however all candidates with experience in these areas are encouraged to apply. Leadership duties include:

· Communicating objectives, motivating others, promoting teamwork, building and maintaining morale. Demonstrating “take charge” capabilities. Taking an active role in hospital staff meetings and team huddles. Maintaining core values and standards of conduct with staff.

· Intra-staff relations: Promoting a cooperative working environment. Understanding the value of teamwork and showing enthusiasm and willingness to perform as necessary to help the hospital function as a unit.

· Promoting continuous quality improvement for the practice’s success and vision.

· Scheduling CSR staff according to hospital needs.

· Helping create agenda items for team huddles and staff meetings.

· Directing the CSR team in their performance of duties and patient care.

· Trains all CSR’s on hospital procedures.

· Ensure compliance for daily, weekly and monthly to-do lists for CSR’s.

· Resolution of client issues only escalating to Hospital Administrator when routine avenues of resolution have been exhausted.

· Manage their CSR team. In coordination with the Management Team, facilitate goals and action plans with each member and hold each member accountable for their performance.

· Resolve issues during shifts such as performance, completion of duties, scheduling problems etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
