Job description
As a Product Associate within AWM - Client Information, we are currently looking to hire a qualified candidate to extend our product team with proven product delivery. This individual will be aligned to a team focused on delivering client centric solutions by working with business and technology stakeholders to achieve the target operating model for the private bank and wealth management businesses. Responsibilities include understanding client pain points, authoring user stories and product requirements, collaborating with teams across the firm and executing on the product vision and road map.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop concise user stories, user story maps, test scripts, and process flows (Signavio) that support product delivery
  • Partner with design, technology, and business partners to prioritize the backlog
  • Collaborate across product teams to ensure timely delivery and transparent communication throughout the product lifecycle
  • Apply critical thinking to identify new ideas on how we can be more responsive to user needs
  • Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system, prod checkout coordination/involvement
  • Develop and oversee small to medium scale projects.
  • Influence KPIs to continually improve products and services.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual with experience in product delivery with the following qualifications and skills:
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively deliver in time constrained environment
  • Motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with product and strategic solutions delivery
  • Experience with Atlassian agile planning and reporting tools (Jira, Confluence, Planner, Portfolio, Align, etc.)
  • Anticipates and resolves issues with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication skills ensuring transparency across all stakeholders
  • Experience in working with Stakeholder/Business Owners to identify the source of the a problem/area to implement an improved process
