We have a great opportunity to add to our growing team! We are seeking an experienced Client Care Coordinator!

The Client Care Coordinator will work collaborative with all employees and leaders to effectively support the Company through providing outstanding service by matching caregivers' skills with clients' needs and to complete documentation and procedures required to affect that outcome. This position is required to promote and maintain programs that support Federal, State, and local regulations and laws, in addition to adhering to all Company policies and procedures


  • Essential Job Responsibilities:

    • Primary contact for Company contracts with support from the Client Services Manager and Director of Client Services
    • Know and understand each contracts requirements with the ability to explain each to the team
    • Oversight of all contract cases ensuring all requirements are being followed
    • Acquire updated authorizations and tracking renewal dates for each contract
    • Assist and work with billing department on contract payment
    • Placement of caregivers with clients based on needs and preferences.
    • Manage client relations within assigned caseload. Maintain cases and update schedule in system with all changes and additions. Place confirmation calls to appropriate responsible parties regarding schedule.
    • Proactively reach out to clients to build relationship and identify ways to create optimal experience for clients.
    • Participate in the delivery of Caregiver Academy curriculum.
    • Participate with new hire process by interviewing potential caregivers.
    • Assist Credentialing Specialist with maintaining caregiver credentials and expiration dates.
    • Collaborate with on call/after-hours staff by providing daily communication reports and transfer of phone coverage.
    • Maintain caregiver/client record information and notify Payroll as appropriate. Review and update billing rates and pay rates; confirm mileage reimbursements.
    • Document and follow up on caregiver tardiness, call-offs, and other issues as appropriate in system. Notify HR for guidance on escalated issues.
    • Document caregiver and client incidents. Follow up with RN as appropriate.
    • Complete caregiver evaluations as required.
    • Support office operations and collaboration by responding to call volume, colleague absences and project implementations.
  • Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent; Related college degree preferred
    • Minimum of one-year experience in the employment placement field preferably in the health care industry; or two years administrative experience may substitute for employment placement experience.
    • Excellent client/customer service skills.
    • Previous computer expertise, ability to troubleshoot, knowledge of computer programs, and proficiency with MS Office products.
    • Office Management experience
