**This is an in office position located in office, in Mendota Heights, MN.

Responsible for providing basic clerical activities in support of a department. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Extracts, sorts, preps, batches and routes documents within the company as needed.
• Operates camera/scanner and retrieves previously scanned information as needed.
• Copies incoming and outgoing correspondence.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires a HS diploma or GED and related work experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
• Experience in operating basic equipment required.
• Resides within a reasonable commute to Mendota Heights, MN.
• Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
• Can work a flexible schedule, in the office, within the hours of 6:30am to 6pm.

Pay: $17 per hour
