Looking for 2-4 reliable, detail oriented people to be apart of our cleaning team! You will be a w-9 subcontractor. Please have a basic understanding of what this means before submitting for this role. **Being a subcontractor requires that you have your own vehicle to transport materials and to travel to job sites independently. You must also be equipped to track your mileage and expenses for tax purposes.

No previous experience is required, although, it will get you noticed. Access to Fort Cavazos ( formerly known as Fort Hood) military base will also get you points! Looking to hire quickly! Must be available Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4 pm.

Our service area includes Harker Heights, Killeen, Copperas Cove and occasionally Belton/Temple area.

Subcontractor agrees to complete all required tasks in a timely manner. and independent of help from others. Tasks could be different at every jobsite and they could be limited to a few tasks or could require all. Task requirements will be communicated before execution. Tasks may include:

• Working with cleaning products, i.e., bleach or bleach biproducts, cleaning solvents & soaps, degreasers, etc. (Proper PPE will be provided by Reinvigorate Commercial & Home Services but Subcontractor is not limited to the provided options).
• Working near animal debris & dander, i.e., cats & dogs.
• Cleaning/Detailing/Dusting: bathrooms & amenities, kitchens & amenities, kitchen appliances, grills, blinds, windows, window sills, ceiling fans, walls, baseboards, doors, door frames, door handles, light switch face plates, electrical outlet faceplates, light fixtures, vent covers, mirrors, furniture, flooring, garages, patios, etc.

SECTION 2. REQUIREMENTS

• Availability Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4 pm
• Complete W-9 form, verified with 2 authentic forms of documentation - 1 photo ID and social security card.
• Signed Subcontractor agreement, NDA, and Subcontractor Code of Conduct.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working with peers & clientele.
• Ability to be versatile.
• Ability and willingness to work with a team.
• Ability to complete tasks without assistance.
• Ability to stand or work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend and reach.
• There are occasions where step stools or ladders may be of assistance to perform tasks, but climbing a ladder is not a job requirement; that will be at subcontractors’ risk and level of comfortability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation – subcontractor is responsible for own transportation to job sites, and will know the general location before agreeing to each job. There may be multiple jobsites in a day.
• Smart phone access - Subcontractor is responsible for obtaining access to apps for navigating to and from jobsites, obtaining their work schedule, and for further communications with upper management while on jobsites.
