Cleaning Technician
Job Summary
Jim Davis Restoration Services is an IICRC certified firm specializing in water and fire restoration as well as mold and asbestos abatement. We are currently seeking motivated, self-sufficient cleaners to clean residential and commercial buildings as well as affected content such as furniture, electronics, toys etc.
Primary responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Clean buildings by removing debris, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces.
- Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
- Mix various cleaning agents.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Clean furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
- Detail cleaning of small and large content
- Move heavy equipment and furniture
- Clean equipment.
- Identify and report necessary repairs.
- Use basic machinery to aid in cleaning efficiency
- Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Terre Haute, IN 47803: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
