Job Shift:
This position is scheduled between 7:30 am - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Position Description:
duties include but are not limited to

• Demo/trash removal,
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Wiping surfaces with Servicemaster-approved cleaning chemicals
• Vacuuming
• Use of a machine scrubber.
• Work in various climates.
• MUST have a Valid State Driver's License.
• This position reports to the Construction Lead.
• Cleans the glass/mirror.
• Completes high dusting of the general areas.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
• Use proper PPE where required
• Ensure safety and OSHA standards

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Will provide on-the-job training to those with strong work ethics and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
