Immediate Hire - Hiring Bonus - $2,500

You will be part of a team that travels to the scheduled location/restaurants/schools. The team is responsible for degreasing and pressure washing the interior of commercial kitchen exhaust systems (fans, ducts, and hoods). This is a hybrid 2nd / 3rd shift position.

Job duties include:

- The set-up and take-down of equipment including hanging plastic sheeting, mixing chemicals, setting up ladders, wet/dry vacuums, pre-sprayers, garden hoses, and high-pressure hoses
- Pre-scraping buildup from affected areas of kitchen exhaust systems
Use of Pressure washers to degrease kitchen exhaust system
Final clean-up in kitchens by wiping down the hoods, mopping up the floors, etc.
- Fill out Jobsite paperwork and use the mobile service app to take digital photographs of all work performed.
- Documenting mechanical deficiencies of the customer and/or company equipment to management
- Maintaining the cleanliness of company tools, equipment, and vehicles each night
- Independent completion of work projects with limited supervision
- This position is a combination of 2nd/3rd shift
- A typical work week is Sunday to Thursday and an occasional Friday.

Technician Qualifications:
- Have a valid Driver's License or can obtain one in a year.
- Have personal transportation to and from our office
- Have a driving record that passes our insurance company’s requirements
- Be willing to drive a company truck to job sites. Most jobs are local, but our service area is in NC, SC, and VA.
- Have a working cell phone and respond promptly to all calls from management
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Be dependable; able to show up on time, read and follow instructions
- Be physically fit; able to climb ladders, able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. at times
- Have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work quickly and efficiently
- Be able to work flexible hours
- Be able to complete work projects from start to finish with limited supervision
- Be able to communicate well with customers and other team members
- Be able to learn new procedures quickly to assist with the cleaning process
