SEATTLE GREEN EARTH CLEANING is looking for top-notch, hard-working, client-focused Team Members to grow with our small business. No cleaning experience necessary!! OUR TEAM MEMBERS RECEIVE:

• Base Pay of $21+/hour and options for either a flexible schedule or a guaranteed Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm schedule! Part-time, full-time... YOU set your schedule! (We have tenured cleaners making $30/hour!)
• W-2 Employment (not independent contracting, so WE pay all the relevant taxes)
• $200 Graduation BONUS when you become an SGEC Green Cleaner (takes typically between 4 and 5 weeks)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- Legally authorized to work in the US

- Are able to navigate the city successfully and are comfortable commuting and working within our service area - within 10 miles of 98115 (mainly in North or Central Seattle but we do have clients as far North as Lynnwood and Shoreline, as far South as White Center and West Seattle as well as a limited number on the East side)

- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and boosted when eligible

- Able to lift a 35lb cleaning bag and a 15lb vacuum and are comfortable bending, stretching, and performing repetitive motions

- Have a reliable car, car insurance and a valid driver's license

- Have an updated smart phone to check your schedule and communicate
